Compás Flamenco

1. Enrollment and Participation

By enrolling in any class at Compás Flamenco, you agree to abide by these terms. Enrollment is open to all individuals who meet the age and skill requirements for their chosen class level. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a completed enrollment profile.

2. Tuition and Payments

All tuition fees must be paid in advance. We offer single-class drop-in rates as well as monthly packages.

  • Monthly packages are billed on the first day of each calendar month.
  • Payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If a payment is missed, the student may not be permitted to join the class until the balance is settled.

3. Cancellations and Absences

Consistency is key to mastering the rhythm and technique. However, if you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please notify the school at least 24 hours in advance. While we do not offer refunds for missed classes, we may allow you to join an alternative class within the same billing month, subject to availability.

4. Studio Etiquette

We respect the art form, our teachers, and fellow dancers. To maintain a focused atmosphere, we require all students to observe the following guidelines:

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before the session begins to warm up and prepare your footwear.
  • Wear appropriate clothing and authorized dance shoes only. Street shoes are not permitted on the dance floor.
  • Mobile phones must be silenced and stowed away during instruction time.
  • Recording or photographing the teachers without explicit prior permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Health and Liability

Flamenco is a vigorous physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge that you are in good health and physically capable of undertaking the exercises. The school is not liable for any injuries sustained during practice, nor for the loss or damage of personal belongings left in the changing areas or studio.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
